Bake a chocolate cake; while still warm, poke holes in it using the handle of a wooden spoon.

Whisk together a box of instant chocolate pudding mix and milk; spread over cake allowing it to seep into the holes.

Place cake into the fridge to chill for at least an hour; cover with chocolate whipped topping.

Smooth out frosting; garnish as desired.
