Crispy Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into evenly-sized cubes.

Measure your sweet potatoes, spices and olive oil.

Mix the spices with the olive oil, then pour over the sweet potatoes and stir to coat.

Spread the sweet potatoes out onto a parchment-lined sheet pan and bake in a preheated oven.

Nice and crispy!!
