You'll need graham crackers, butter, sugar, sweetened coconut flakes, sweetened condensed milk, and dark chocolate chips. 

Crush the graham crackers with a food processor, or rolling pin and bag.

Mix in the melted butter and sugar.

 Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan and bake. 

Combine coconut flakes and sweetened condensed milk together and dollop onto the crust.

Carefully spread the coconut mixture over the crust and bake. 

As soon as the bars come out of the oven, sprinkle chocolate chips over them and bake for 1 more minute. 

Carefully spread the melted chocolate chips over the top and let cool before serving.
