Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

You'll need pork chops, grated parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, black pepper, and parsley. 

Season the chops- I use salt and pepper.

Put butter or oil in an oven-safe skillet on medium-high heat. Place the chops on. 

Sear the pork chops on both slides.

Combine all the ingredients for the parmesan coating.

Divide the coating evenly between the 4 chops.

Broil the pork chops in the oven until the topping is golden brown. Make sure the chops' internal temperature reads 145F.
