Cream together cream cheese and peanut butter; add marshmallow fluff, vanilla, and powdered sugar.

If necessary add more powdered sugar until the desired consistency has been reached.

Scoop the peanut butter mixture; roll into balls with your palms; place on parchment paper.

Coat with chocolate right away, or chill for 1/2 - 1 hrs.

Decorate with a drizzle of extra chocolate or sprinkles if desired; once set place in an air tight container.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
