Pineapple Bars

You'll need flour, butter, powdered sugar, sugar, pineapple, eggs, lemon juice, baking powder, salt. 

Combine the crust ingredients in a food processor or stand mixer and mix until a dough forms.

Press the dough into the bottom and about 1/2 inch up the sides of the prepared baking dish. 

Bake for 18-20 minutes. 

Add all the filling ingredients to a food processor and blend until combined. 

Pour the filling into the hot crust and bake for 20-25 more minutes. 

Put bars into the fridge until they are set. Then sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into squares. 

Enjoy them at putlocks, for everyday desserts, or after-school snacks!
