Pop Tart Cookies


You'll need: butter, cream cheese, sugar, corn syrup, an egg, flour, baking soda, salt, Pop Tarts, and powdered sugar (for icing).

Use a stand mixer to mix up the dough ingredients.

Add in the chopped Pop Tarts.

Give the dough one last good stir to ensure the Pop Tarts are well distributed.  Optional: Chill for up to 48 hours.

Scoop the dough onto a lined baking sheet and press extra Pop Tart pieces on top.

Bake the dough for 10-12 minutes. Once cool, you can drizzle frosting on top.
