Roll out and press a refrigerated or homemade pie crust into a pie pan.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, salt, eggs and milk; stir in the diced rhubarb. Pour filling into pie crust.

Combine dry crumb topping ingredients in a small bowl; combine butter; sprinkle on top of the pie and bake.

Once done the center of the pie should be set (not runny) and the top golden brown and crisp.
