Strawberry Rhubarb Freezer Jam

You'll need strawberries, rhubarb, sugar, and strawberry gelatin. 

Place diced rhubarb, strawberry pieces, and sugar into a large pot. 

Stir the fruit well. Place the pan on medium-high heat and bring to a boil. 

Boil for 15-20 minutes or until the rhubarb pieces fall apart. Stiring occasionally.  

Remove from heat and add the gelatin mixtures. Stir until the sugar crystals dissolve. 

Pour the jam into hot jars and leave at least half an inch at the top of each jar. 

Let the jam sit at room tempurature and then put on the lids and freeze. 

Perfect to spread on your morning toast or pour on your ice cream!
