Step 1:  Shuck the corn and remove the silks.

Step 2:  Cut the corn off the cob.

TIP:  Hold the corn cob on the center part of an angel food cake pan and use a serrated knife to cut the corn off.

Step 3:  Add corn, water, salt and sugar to a saucepan.  Boil 5 minutes.

Step 4:  Pour the corn mixture into large shallow pans to cool completely.

Step 5:  Scoop into baggies and freeze!
