One-Dish Cheesy Ham and Noodle Casserole

This ham and noodle casserole comes together in a jiffy, with just 5 ingredients! It's creamy, cheesy and fit for the whole family!

  • 2 c water
  • 3 c uncooked egg noodles
  • 1 c diced ham
  • 4 oz cheese shredded or cubed
  • 1 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup


  • Pour the water into a large skillet; place on a burner with medium heat to bring the water to a boil.
  • Once the water is boiling, stir in the egg noodles. Let cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in the ham, cheese and cream of mushroom soup.
  • Let cook for a few minutes, or until the ham is hot and the cheese is completely melted.
  • Serve warm.
