Cherry Dump Cake
This Cherry Dump Cake has sweet cherry pie filling, a cheesecake layer and a buttery cake mix topping. Top with a scoop of ice cream for the easiest, yummiest dessert!!
- 2 21 oz can cherry pie filling
- 1 8 oz tub whipped cream cheese softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c salted butter melted
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Dump the cherry pie filling into a 9x13 baking pan.
Stir the cream cheese until smooth. Stir in the egg and sugar until well combined.
Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the cherries.
Sprinkle the cake mix over the cream cheese mixture.
Slowly pour the melted butter over the cake mix.
Bake for 50-55 minutes until golden brown on top.
Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.
