In a small jar, shake together the sugar and vinegar.
Add the cream OR half and half and shake until combined.
Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
Toss with fresh garden lettuce and serve immediately.
NOTE: This recipe would be enough for about 10-15 cups of lettuce (about 10 - 1 ½ cup servings). BATCH SIZE: This recipe is extremely easy to make more or less of. Just remember it's 2 parts sugar, 1 part vinegar and 2 parts cream!
