Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13" casserole dish with cooking spray.
Add all ingredients into the prepared dish and stir them together.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 60 minutes (or until noodles are soft), stirring once halfway through.
Notes
For the chicken, you can use canned chicken (drained), leftover rotisserie chicken, shredded chicken, cooked and diced chicken, etc. Whatever you've got handy!
You can make this the night before and refrigerate until you're ready to bake.
Add 1-2 cups of peas to add some veggies and make it an all-in-one meal!
