Chicken Macaroni Casserole

This one dish Chicken Macaroni Casserole is super creamy, cheesy and comforting. It's a simple weeknight meal your whole family will LOVE!

  • 2 cups dry macaroni noodles
  • 2 cups cooked diced or shredded chicken
  • One 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • One 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon dry minced onion
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese cubed


  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13" casserole dish with cooking spray.
  • Add all ingredients into the prepared dish and stir them together.
  • Cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake for 60 minutes (or until noodles are soft), stirring once halfway through.


  • For the chicken, you can use canned chicken (drained), leftover rotisserie chicken, shredded chicken, cooked and diced chicken, etc.  Whatever you've got handy!
  • You can make this the night before and refrigerate until you're ready to bake.
  • Add 1-2 cups of peas to add some veggies and make it an all-in-one meal!
