Mix yeast, sugar and warm water; let the mixture get foamy.

Make the dough and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled.

Make the filling by combining apples, brown sugar, cinnamon and flour.

Spread the filling over the dough and roll up tightly.

Cut into 12 slices and place in a greased 9x13" pan; let rise.

Bake then top with a simple brown sugar frosting!
