Banana Cream Pie with Graham Cracker Crust

You'll need graham crackers, butter, sugar, egg yolks, cornstarch, salt, milk, vanilla, bananas, and whipped topping. 

Crush the graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar with a food processor, or rolling pin and bag.

Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a pie dish and bake until golden brown; cool completely. 

 Whisk the egg yolks, sugar, corn starch, salt, and milk in a medium sauce pan. 

Cook and stir frequently until thickened. Add the butter and vanilla and whisk until smooth.  

Pour into a large bowl and cover with plastic wrap until cool; strain if necessary to remove clumps.

Slice bananas and arrange a layer over the bottom of the pie crust. 

Cover the bananas with a layer of filling and repeat once more. Garnish as desired!
