Biscuits and Gravy Casserole

You'll need pork sausage, flour, milk, spices, eggs, bell peppers, biscuits, and shredded cheese.

Brown the sausage. 

Add the flour and continue to cook for a few minutes. 

Slowly add the milk and spices, then cook until the mixture boils and has thickened.

Set the gravy aside to cool and prepare the scrambled eggs. 

Open up the tube of biscuits and cut each one into 8 pieces. Arrange the pieces in a single layer in a greased baking dish. 

Spoon the eggs over the biscuits and pour the gravy on top. 

Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the gravy and bake until the biscuits are fully cooked.
