Jalapeño Cheddar Cornbread

You'll need flour, cornmeal, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, honey, butter, eggs, buttermilk, shredded cheese, and jalapeños! 

Stir together wet ingredients and sugar. Set aside. 

Combine the remaining dry ingredients in a large bowl. 

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry. 

Stir until combined. 

Add the jalapeños and cheese and stir until just combined.  

Pour the batter into a greased pan and top with additional jalapeños and cheese. 

Bake until the top is golden brown and a toothpick has a few crumbs on it when the center is tested.
