Ingredients: butter, celery, carrots, flour, milk, chicken broth, potatoes,  seasonings, Velveeta cheese, and ham.

Sauté the carrots and celery in the butter.

Add flour and stir for 30 seconds.

Whisk in milk and chicken broth.

Add in potatoes and seasonings; cook until potatoes are tender.

Add cheese and ham.

Stir until cheese is melted.
