Pumpkin Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

You'll need flour, pudding mix, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, salt, butter, sugar, eggs, canned pumpkin, vanilla, cream cheese, and powdered sugar. 

Whisk together the flour, pudding mix, spices, baking soda, and salt.

Cream together the butter and sugar and then add the wet ingredients. 

Add the dry ingredients and mix. 

Scoop the batter into lined muffin tins filling them about 2/3 of the way full.  

Bake and then let them cool for at least an hour. 

To make the frosting, mix the butter and cream cheese, then add the remaining ingredients until smooth. 

 All that's left is to frost, decorate, and enjoy!
