Rhubarb Pie

You'll need a pie crust, sugar, flour, salt, rhubarb, and butter. 

Lay the pie crust into the pan and crimp the edges; set aside. 

Mix the sugar, flour, and salt in a large bowl, then stir in the rhubarb.

Pour the filling into the crust. 

Combine the flour and sugar in the now empty large bowl. Next, cut in the butter. 

For a crumb topping, cut the butter into the flour and sugar.

For a lattice topping use a second pie crust, an egg wash, and sprinkle the top with coarse sugar. 

Great for parties, gatherings, and fall tailgates!

No matter how you top it, bake until the top is golden brown and the rhubarb is soft, then enjoy!
