No Bake Pumpkin Pie

You'll need gingersnaps, butter, marshmallows, pumpkin puree, spices, and whipped topping. 

Crush the cookies until they are fine crumbs, then add the melted butter and mix until combined.

Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a pie tin. 

Put the marshmallows into a bowl and microwave until they are puffy and soft, then remove and mix until smooth. 

Add the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and salt and combine. 

Fold in the whipped topping. 

Pour the filling into the pie crust and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.

Slice and serve for holiday parties, family gatherings, or any fall festivity you can think of!
