Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast together until it rises.

Combine the dough ingredients; form a ball; place ball into a greased bowl.

Cover and let the dough rest for about 60-90 mins.

 Once the first rise is almost complete, combine all the ingredients for the filling.

Roll the dough out into a rectangle and spread the filling across it.

Roll the dough tightly up and cut into 12 pieces.

Lay the rolls out into a sprayed pan; combine the ingredients for the crumb; sprinkle on top; and let them rise.

Bake the rolls for about 20 mins. Mix up the simple icing and drizzle it over the warm rolls!
