Red Velvet Poke Cake

You'll need red velvet cake mix + ingredients, sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and whipped topping. 

Combine all ingredients for the cake mix. 

Bake as directed. 

For the filling: mix softened cream cheese until smooth, then add vanilla and sweetened condensed milk. 

 Use the back of a wooden spoon, or a straw, to poke holes in the warm cake. 

Spread the filling over the cake.  Refrigerate at least 2 hours. 

Mix the cream cheese until smooth, then add vanilla, powdered sugar, and whipped topping a little at a time. 

Spread over the top of the chilled cake; top with sprinkles or as desired.
