Cherry Cheesecake


You'll need graham cracker crumbs, butter, sugar, cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, vanilla, eggs, and cherry pie filling. 

If necessary, pulverize graham crackers in a food processor to get crumbs, then add the butter and sugar to the crumbs. 

Press the crumbs into the bottom and sides of a spring-form pan covered in foil. Then bake until golden brown.

Cream the cream cheese and sugar in a stand mixer. 

Mix in the sour cream, vanilla, and lemon juice.  Finally add the eggs. 

Pour the filling into the crust and smooth it out. 

Put the cheesecake into a large roasting pan and put the pan in the oven. Then pour water into the large pan. 

Bake until the edges are set but the center is a bit wiggly. Slowly let the cheesecake cool, then store it in the fridge overnight before serving!
