3 Ingredient Steak Marinade
All you need is beer, soy sauce and brown sugar to whip up this 3 Ingredient Steak Marinade! Try it on any cut of steak!

- 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 cup beer
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger optional
- 1 pound well-trimmed sirloin steak or other cut of steak
Add the soy sauce, beer, brown sugar and ground ginger (if using) to a large ziploc bag.
Add the steak, close the bag (removing as much air as possible) and let marinade for 1-4 hours.
Grill the steak (or use other cooking method) to desired doneness.
Discard excess marinade.
