Ingredients

  • 3 cups quartered brussel sprouts
  • 2 slices raw bacon
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable (or olive) oil
  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • balsamic glaze if desired

Instructions

  • Place the quartered brussel sprouts into a gallon sized resealable bag.
  • Dice the bacon into small pieces. Add the to the bag along with the oil, salt and pepper.
  • Seal the bag and shake until the oil and seasonings are evenly coating the brussel sprouts.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 1 minute.
  • Dump the mixture onto the air fryer tray in an even layer.
  • Air fry for 8-12 minutes, shaking the tray every 2-3 minutes for an even cook.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze, if desired.
