- One Box of brownie mix plus ingredients listed on back of box
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 350°F and spray an 8x8 or 9x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
Mix the brownies according to package instructions and spread into prepared pan; bake.
While the brownies are in the oven, mix up the creamy peanut butter layer.
Stir together the peanut butter, melted butter and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Add the powdered sugar and stir until combined.
Spoon the peanut butter mixture over the warm brownies and spread with a spatula.
Add the chocolate chips and vegetable oil to a microwave-safe bowl.
Cook on high in 20 second intervals, stirring after each interval until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Spread over the peanut butter layer.
Let the brownies cool, then cut and serve.
