Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels

These Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels bring the party to any potluck or tailgate! They're easy to make and perfectly popable!

Ingredients

  • One 8 ounce block cream cheese softened
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 5 large flour tortillas (I use the "burrito" size)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded chicken, green onions, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing and shredded cheese.
  • Divide the mixture between the 5 tortillas and spread out to an even layer.
  • Roll each tortilla up tightly then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
  • After chilling for 2-4 hours, slice into bite-size pieces.
  • Refrigerate pinwheels until ready to serve.

Notes

Use whatever chicken you have on hand - rotisserie chicken, leftover grilled chicken, etc!
Though these are good for a few days, I recommend enjoying the same day you make them for the optimal texture!
