- 1 11-ounce box vanilla wafers
- 6 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup sprinkles (jimmies work best)
- 12 ounces white almond bark
Place the vanilla wafers into a large plastic baggie and crush them with a rolling pin until you have sand-like pieces.
Place the crushed vanilla wafers into a mixing bowl and stir in the softened cream cheese, then the sprinkles.
Roll the mixture into 1" balls and place on waxed paper.
Melt the coating chocolate (almond bark) in the microwave on a low power setting, stirring often. (If you overheat the chocolate, it won't be as smooth and shiny one it's on the truffles).
Dip each truffle into the almond bark and return it to the waxed paper. Sprinkle with additional jimmies.
Once the truffles have a firm chocolate shell, place them in an air-tight container and refrigerate until serving.
