- 1/4 cup milk (or water or milk alternative)
- 1/2 cup spinach leaves (packed)
- 2/3 cup light nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt (1 - 6 oz container)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1-2 ice cubes optional
Add the milk and spinach leaves to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
