Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup milk (or water or milk alternative)
  • 1/2 cup spinach leaves (packed)
  • 2/3 cup light nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt (1 - 6 oz container)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1-2 ice cubes optional

Instructions

  • Add the milk and spinach leaves to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
