Ground Pork Ramen

With ground pork, veggies and noodles, this Ground Pork Ramen is a quick and easy all-in-one meal!  With few ingredients and dishes, you'll have this meal on the table in just 20 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 3 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables
  • 3 packages Ramen noodles (pork flavor)
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • sliced green onions, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes for garnish, optional

Instructions

  • Brown the ground pork in a large skillet; when the pork is almost fully cooked, stir in the minced ginger and cook an additional 1-2 minutes.

  • Remove the seasoning packets from the packages of Ramen; stir two of the seasoning packets into the ground pork (discard the third seasoning packet or save for later); set aside.
  • Add the water to the empty skillet and bring it to a boil.

  • Stir in the vegetables and let cook for 5 minutes, or until soft.
    3 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables
  • Break up the noodles a bit and stir them into the vegetables; cover with a lid.
    3 packages Ramen noodles (pork flavor)
  • Let the noodles cook for 2 minutes and remove the lid.
  • Add the ground pork, hoisin sauce and soy sauce. Stir and cook until heated through.

  • Serve with sliced green onions, sesame seeds and red pepper flakes.

Notes

Feel free to use thinly sliced pork tenderloin in place of the ground pork.
Try different vegetables and use what your family likes best!
