- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced yellow onion
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 15-ounce can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Hamburger Buns
In a large skillet, add the ground beef, red peppers and onions.
Brown until no longer red; drain the excess grease.
Add the tomato sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, yellow mustard and black pepper and stir.
Let simmer until thickened, about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve on hamburger buns.
