- 4 cups diced rhubarb
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- red food coloring optional
Add the diced rhubarb, sugar and water to a saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Boil for 3-5 minutes or until the rhubarb is soft.
Stir in a couple drops of red food coloring, if desired.
