Grease a 9x13 pan with cooking spray or butter.
Add the freeze-dried strawberries to a food processor. Process on high for 30 seconds or until mostly powder; set aside.

In a large microwaveable bowl, add the butter and marshmallows. Cook on high for 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, or until the butter and marshmallows are melted.

Stir in the strawberry powder.
Add the Rice Krispies cereal and sprinkles and stir well.
5 cups Rice Krispies cereal, 1/4 cup festive sprinkles
Using a greased rubber spatula, press the mixture into the prepared pan.
Optional: Melt the white chocolate until smooth; drizzle over the Rice Krispies. Garnish with additional sprinkles, if desired.
