Teriyaki Pork Stir Fry
Lean pork loin is the star in this stir fry! Tender meat, nutrient-rich broccoli and flavorful sauce is combined for a filling, super quick meal!

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (or sesame oil)
- 1 1/2 pounds pork loin or pork tenderloin cut into 1" cubes
- 1 medium bunch broccoli cut into florets
- 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon water divided
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
- prepared rice for serving
- sesame seeds for garnish
In a large skillet over medium heat, add vegetable oil. Once the skillet is hot, add the cubed pork.
Season pork with salt and pepper. Cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until pork reaches 145°F. Remove to a plate, cover with foil and set aside.
To the same skillet over medium heat, add the broccoli florets and 1 tbsp water. Let cook for 4 minutes, or slightly softened. Remove to a bowl, cover with foil and set aside.
In a bowl, whisk together the 1/2 c water, soy sauce, brown sugar, corn starch, ginger and garlic.
Return skillet to burner on medium heat. Pour the sauce into the pan, stirring occasionally until bubbly and thickened.
Stir in the pork and broccoli.
Serve warm over rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
