- 1 pound ground beef
- One 14.5 ounce can petite diced tomatoes do NOT drain
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups crushed Doritos divided
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 8x8" baking dish with cooking spray.
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet; drain.
Stir in the tomatoes, water and taco seasoning.
Bring the mixture to a boil and let simmer for 3 minutes.
Stir in half of the crushed chips and 1 cup of the shredded cheese; pour into prepared pan.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and then the remaining chips.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until hot and bubbly around the edges.
Top individual servings with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
