Cheeseburger Pasta Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 14.5-ounce can beef broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablspoon minced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 cups uncooked bowtie pasta (farfalle)
  • 4 ounces Velveeta cheese (or cheddar cheese)
  • 1/4 cup diced dill pickles

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; drain.
  • Add the broth, water, worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, minced onion, pepper, salt and pasta; bring to a boil.
  • Let boil uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the pasta is soft.
  • Stir in the cheese until melted then stir in the pickles.
