- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 14.5-ounce can beef broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablspoon minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups uncooked bowtie pasta (farfalle)
- 4 ounces Velveeta cheese (or cheddar cheese)
- 1/4 cup diced dill pickles
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; drain.
Add the broth, water, worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, minced onion, pepper, salt and pasta; bring to a boil.
Let boil uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the pasta is soft.
Stir in the cheese until melted then stir in the pickles.
