*Before starting, make sure you have the frozen bread dough completely thawed as instructed on the package.
Grease a 9x9-inch square baking pan with cooking spray and preheat the oven to 350℉.
Place the thawed bread dough on a clean surface and roll it out to a rectangle (around about 14 inches by 10 inches).
1 pound bread dough
Spread the softened butter on top of the dough.
1/4 cup butter
Sprinkle the garlic on top of the butter. (Spread it out if needed.)
1 teaspoon minced garlic*
Top with 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella, 3 tablespoons of the parmesan and the parsley.
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Roll the dough up nice and tight then use a serrated knife to cut the log into 9 equal-sized slices.
Place the rolls in the prepared pan (three rows of three).
Sprinkle with remaining cheeses then bake for 22-25 minutes.
