Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge
This two layer Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge is smooth, creamy and totally gorgeous! Just five ingredients & 15 minutes is all you need!

- 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup high quality white chocolate bar (chopped) or almond bark (6 oz)
- 1/2 cup chopped peanut butter cups
Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
Set out two microwave-safe bowls and evenly divide the sweetened condensed milk between the two bowls (about 2/3 cup each).
To one of the bowls of sweetened condensed milk, add the chocolate chips; stir.
Microwave on 50% power for 45 seconds; stir. If not completely melted, heat in 15 second intervals until smooth.
Pour chocolate mixture into the prepared pan and set aside.
Add peanut butter and white chocolate to the other bowl; stir.
Microwave on 50% power for 45 seconds; stir. If not completely melted, heat in 15 second intervals until smooth.
Pour the mixture over the chocolate mixture. (If it's really thick, use your hands to press it over the chocolate).
Sprinkle the chopped peanut butter cups on top and press them in lightly.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set; cut into squares and enjoy.
