Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

This two layer Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge is smooth, creamy and totally gorgeous! Just five ingredients & 15 minutes is all you need!

Ingredients

  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup high quality white chocolate bar (chopped) or almond bark (6 oz)
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanut butter cups

Instructions

  • Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
  • Set out two microwave-safe bowls and evenly divide the sweetened condensed milk between the two bowls (about 2/3 cup each).
  • To one of the bowls of sweetened condensed milk, add the chocolate chips; stir.
  • Microwave on 50% power for 45 seconds; stir. If not completely melted, heat in 15 second intervals until smooth.
  • Pour chocolate mixture into the prepared pan and set aside.
  • Add peanut butter and white chocolate to the other bowl; stir.
  • Microwave on 50% power for 45 seconds; stir. If not completely melted, heat in 15 second intervals until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture over the chocolate mixture. (If it's really thick, use your hands to press it over the chocolate).
  • Sprinkle the chopped peanut butter cups on top and press them in lightly.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set; cut into squares and enjoy.
