- 1 13.8-ounce tube refrigerated pizza crust
- 3/4 cup raspberry filling
- 6 tablespoons butter softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/3 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1-2 tablespoons milk
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a large round pizza pan or sheet pan with cooking spray.
Unroll the tube of pizza crust into the pan and press into the shape of your pan.
Spread the pie filling over the dough in an even layer.
In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, sugar and flour with a fork.
Sprinkle the crumb topping over the raspberry pie filling.
Top with the raspberries.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the edges of the pizza are a light golden brown.
Combine the powdered sugar, vanilla and 1 tbsp of milk; add additional milk if needed to reach the desired icing texture.
Drizzle icing over the warm pizza and enjoy!
