Ingredients

  • 1 13.8-ounce tube refrigerated pizza crust
  • 3/4 cup raspberry filling
  • 6 tablespoons butter softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a large round pizza pan or sheet pan with cooking spray.
  • Unroll the tube of pizza crust into the pan and press into the shape of your pan.
  • Spread the pie filling over the dough in an even layer.
  • In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, sugar and flour with a fork.
  • Sprinkle the crumb topping over the raspberry pie filling.
  • Top with the raspberries.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the edges of the pizza are a light golden brown.
  • Combine the powdered sugar, vanilla and 1 tbsp of milk; add additional milk if needed to reach the desired icing texture.
  • Drizzle icing over the warm pizza and enjoy!
