Egg Nog Pie

This easy no-bake Egg Nog Pie has tons of festive flavor packed into a pre-made chocolate crust.  Serve with a dollop of whipped topping for a delightful dessert your guests will love!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups AE Dairy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/3 cups AE Dairy Cold Brew Egg Nog*
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 3.4-ounce box instant pudding mix cheesecake or vanilla flavored
  • 1 premade chocolate cookie crust

Instructions

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, add the whipping cream and powdered sugar.
  • Beat until stiff peaks form and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, add the egg nog, milk and pudding mix; whisk together and let set for 5 minutes.
  • Fold in 1 1/2 cups of the sweetened whipped cream.
  • Pour into chocolate pie crust and smooth out the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  • Serve with the remaining sweetened whipped cream.
