Energy Bites

Energy Bites are great to have on hand - they're the perfect grab-and-go snack and tasty treat for the lunchbox. Best of all, they're keep your tummy satisfied all afternoon!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup PB2
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl.
  • Stir until fully combined. (If it is too hard to stir, you can add an extra teaspoon of water, but remember you do need to be able to form them into balls)
  • Roll 2 tbsp of the mixture into a ball and repeat until complete.
  • Store in a tightly-sealed container in the fridge for up to 7 days, or freeze up to 2 months.
