Preheat oven to 375℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Open the tube of crescent rolls, unroll and place each triangle on the parchment paper spread out.
One 8 ounce tube refrigerated crescent rolls
Cut each slice of cheese in half diagonally to create two large triangles.
8 slices cheddar cheese
Place one triangle on each piece of dough.
Add two slices of ham on each.
16 thin slices honey ham
Place a second cheese triangle onto each of the crescent rolls.
Starting with the wide end of the dough triangle, roll the crescent roll up tightly, keeping the "tail" tucked into the bottom so it doesn't unroll as it bakes.
In a small bowl combine the melted butter, honey, garlic powder, mustard powder and poppyseeds.
2 tablespoons salted butter, 1 tablespoon honey, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder, 1/4 teaspoon poppy seeds
Brush the mixture over each of the rolls.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a deep golden brown.
Serve warm.
