Ingredients

heavy whipping cream
1
14-ounce can
sweetened condensed milk

tablespoons
vanilla extract*
Instructions
In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla and stir until well-combined.
Pour into a loaf pan and cover with plastic wrap or foil and freeze until solid.
Notes
*Make it Vanilla Bean Ice Cream by swapping the vanilla extract out 1 tbsp vanilla extract + 1 vanilla bean (scraped out).
