Peach Cobbler with Cake Mix
Juicy peaches are topped with a buttery topping and baked for an easy, delicious Peach Cobbler with Cake Mix dessert! This recipe can be made with canned peaches or fresh peaches - scrumptious either way!!

Topping
- One box yellow cake mix
- 7 tablespoons butter melted
Peach Filling
- Two 15.25 ounce cans sliced peaches in light or heavy syrup drained
- Two 15.25 ounce cans sliced peaches in heavy syrup do NOT drain
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Combine the cake mix and melted butter in a mixing bowl; set aside.

Pour the peaches* (half are drained, half with syrup) into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Two 15.25 ounce cans sliced peaches in light or heavy syrup, Two 15.25 ounce cans sliced peaches in heavy syrup, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Sprinkle the cornstarch and cinnamon over the peaches and stir to combine.
Sprinkle the cake mix and butter mixture over the peaches.
Bake for 40-50 minutes or until the filling is bubbly and the top is beginning to brown.
Let set for 10-15 minutes.
Serve warm with whipped topping or vanilla ice cream.
To use FRESH peaches: In a large bowl combine 4 1/2 cups (32 ounces) of fresh peaches, 3/4 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of water and 2 tablespoons cornstarch. Pour into the bottom of the baking dish. Top with cake mix/butter mixture and bake!
