Peanut Butter Dipped Oreos

These Peanut Butter Dipped Oreos are a super simple treat that brings a classic Oreo to a whole new level!

Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 12 ounces white chocolate almond bark chopped
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • Reese's Pieces, chopped optional

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with waxed paper and set aside.
  • Twist open an Oreo cookie and add a teaspoon of peanut butter in the center; press the two halves back together and place it on the lined baking sheet.
  • Repeat with all of the Oreos.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, stir together the white chocolate and the peanut butter chips. Microwave at 50% power for 45 seconds. Stir. If it's not completely melted, microwave in 15 second intervals (at 50% power) until melted.
  • Dip the Oreos into the coating and return to the waxed paper-lined pan.
  • Sprinkle with peanut butter candies and let cool completely.
