Ingredients

  • 3 cups mini marshmallows divided
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups peanut butter
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies

Instructions

  • Grease a square pan (8x8 or 9x9-inch) and set aside.
  • Add 1 cup of the marshmallows, the corn syrup and brown sugar to a saucepan.
  • Heat over low-medium heat and stir until the brown sugar is dissolved and the marshmallows are melted.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter.
  • Add the cereal and stir until well-coated.
  • Add the remaining marshmallows and stir just a few times (don't over-stir or these marshmallows will melt).
  • Pour into the prepared pan and pat the mixture out to an even layer.
  • Let cool before slicing and enjoy!
