- 3 cups mini marshmallows divided
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cups peanut butter
- 6 cups Rice Krispies
Grease a square pan (8x8 or 9x9-inch) and set aside.
Add 1 cup of the marshmallows, the corn syrup and brown sugar to a saucepan.
Heat over low-medium heat and stir until the brown sugar is dissolved and the marshmallows are melted.
Remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter.
Add the cereal and stir until well-coated.
Add the remaining marshmallows and stir just a few times (don't over-stir or these marshmallows will melt).
Pour into the prepared pan and pat the mixture out to an even layer.
Let cool before slicing and enjoy!
