- 1 1/2 pound elbow macaroni cooked
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup vinegar
Place the cooked macaroni, onion and carrots in a large bowl; set aside.
In another bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, sweetened condensed milk and vinegar.
Pour dressing over the macaroni, onion and carrots and stir to combine.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
